You can choose from a range of fitness classes to suit your goals whether you want to lose weight, or target a specific part of your body. Our classes have a maximum of six people in them.
Boxfit Class:
Is a fun way to get a good cardio workout and tone up at the same time.
Exercise and The Older Adult:
A gentle but effective form of exercise for the more mature adult.
Kettlebells Class:
A great way to tone every area of the body and get in a cardio workout as well.
Sarah’s Circuits:
A series of stations with a different exercise at each station. A class that will tone the whole body.
Stability Ball Class:
Exercises on and off the ball. A great workout for legs, bum and upper body.
Step and Tone Class:
A mixture of step and toning exercises for an all-over workout.
Total Toning:
Mostly done on a mat, using weights for a total toning experience.
Pay as you go €8 per class or purchase a class pass for €48 for 7 classes (1 class free)
