I’m Sarah Casey, a mother of three teenagers who has struggled with weight for many years. So I understand the challenges ahead. My journey isn’t over yet but I have become passionate about fitness and want to help others like myself.
No-one is saying it’s going to be easy but the benefits for your health are huge and the feeling of personal achievement – being able to buy smaller size clothes, getting compliments about your appearance, and feeling better in yourself – are tremendous rewards.
At Sarah Casey Fitness I strive to make fitness fun. Classes include Boxfit, Step & Tone, Stability Ball, Sarah’s Circuits and Total Toning.
I am a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer (National College of Exercise and Health Studies)

- Exercise and the Older Adult
I also hold a Certificate in Emergency First Aid. (St. Martins College of Physical Therapy)
